"Edit to add: They have now blocked our number, mind you, still under contract with them until February 2024. First time needing a contractor, so we knew little about what to expect. Thought this company seemed genuine in wanting to help and to take on the work, but we were sadly mistaken. The company is not responsive, I can count on two hands the amount of interactions since February 2023 until now (Sept. 2023). They will hire subcontractors on your behalf and then not pay them. We had to reach out to the subcontractor ourself, to find out the money we paid did not end up reaching them. Instead it was taken out of our account and not used as it was supposed to be. We were also told the hold up was because of insurance, but once we reached out to our insurance, they noted they had not heard from the contractor since March 2023. Because of the contract they make you sign, we cannot find another contractor or, at the very least, replace our roof, without the possibility of getting sued until a year is up. No surprise looking back at this now, seems like the perfect scam. Going into the office to discuss is of no use. The secretary has told my husband he needs to be "more understanding," even though we have been since the beginning. We have sent numerous emails with no response. Phone calls go unanswered, no calls back. It's truly a shame to see how many great reviews this company has to have such a terrible experience ourselves."
