"Completely incompetent. I'm sure they will log on and defend themselves vehemently. So I'll cover the points they will try to make. I never expected a exact outcome. I expected communication and effort that equated the money I paid. I received neither. I didn't hire Jennifer to get me anything other than someone to help me navigate a family court situation. I was advised that being the one with custody I didn't need an attorney. I chose to hire down law offices because I was scared to go through this alone even though I wasn't the accused parent. Not only did I go through and am going through it alone. I was charged out of my retainer that according to my Math should have had a good chunk left in it. But to relieve Jennifer from her post as my lawyer I had to pay her to fire herself. What a joke. You guys might have handled a thousand cases perfectly before mine. But you literally blew with no communication for weeks. And even if you had a valid reason, not communicating that reason invalidates your entire claim. Stay away from here."
