"Whenever I call the office, they say the Trash pick up is on Fridays. But not once it happened. I found out that trash pick up happens every Tuesday. Additionally, Whenever I scheduled a large pick up, they never picked it up despite scheduling multiple times. I'm not able to talk to anyone responsible and tired of listening to same nonsense from them."

"I had repeated troubles with the service, or lack thereof, after moving to my new home, I was directed to the supervisor, Josh Hines. He not only listened, but he took responsiblity for the workers actions, made it right and then went above and beyond by coming to my house each week to make sure my garbage was out and removed by the crew. He exhibited exceptional, outstanding professionalism and customer service! 5 stars for Josh!"

"They do not pick up trash, show up at 3am with the loud garbage truck (when/of they come), and flat out lie about delivering cans once you order them. You have to hound the customer service for a specifically scheduled delivery that is not followed on time. If there is another service available to you: DO IT."

"First of all they claimed to have delivered my cans when they didn't they came out with the truck and never exited the vehicle. That was one week of waiting to get them. Now on week two they did not pick up my garbage at all. I hate this company and wish I had better options. I had to call the city to get my damn cans! I'm paying for service when I am NOT receiving it!"

"We have had a terrible experience with this company and we have only had their service for two months. First it took two weeks to get trash can delivered after they removed the perfectly good ones that were at our house. 2nd I was told recycling is required at my new address. I live on a country road and I am the only house with a recycling can. I have had this recycling can since Mid-November and it hasn't been picked up yet. I leave it at the end of driveway just by chance they show up on a different day then they told me. 3rd, I have been waiting for a 2nd trash can since Mid-November. I have been given 4 different delivery dates with all of them being missed, they didn't mind charging me though. I have called them more times than I have ever called a service company in the last two months. With an empty promise every time of a delivery or pickup or supervisor call back that has not happened. If you have other waste options in your area I would definitely consider someone else."
