Subway

"Ordered 2 FL online. Steak and Italian BMT. Ordered double meat on the steak. Barely got enough meat to cover the bread. It was alao supposed to have extra cheese. Nope. It didnt. Just the steak sub was over $17 with the extras, to not get anything extra. The guy making them was asked not to cut the steak sub. Ieven put that in the comments when i placed the order. He tried to anyway without regards. Twrrible customer service. The bread tasted stale. The BMT wasn't made correctly. Several items missing from it. It was all cold, supposed to be toasted. Absolutely the worst subway experience! If you value your money go somewhere else."

"The staff was friendly but the store apparently no longer serves cucumbers and had cheapened their tuna salad to be only tuna and watery mayo. No ice tea. Only 3 types of chips. They try to give as little meat as possible on the sandwiches. We left the Subway in Dry Ridge to come here because the one in Dry Ridge was out of so many things. We asked here if they have the same owner as Dry Ridge and were told they are. Definitely a leadership issue here."

"Where to begin? We walked in 1.5 hours before closing and all chairs were on the tables. We weren’t told “hello” or “welcome”. Instead we were told “just so you know we’re out of a lot of stuff”. We were from out of town and staying at a hotel not far so asked what they had. They had turkey, so okay. The only available veggies were: lettuce, onions, black olives, banana peppers, and pickles. So we made some sandwiches and went to the car as we couldn’t eat inside with the chairs already put up! I can also say that it was the driest turkey I’ve ever had in my life. Only positives…we had some food and didn’t get sick from it."

"I read bad reviews and started not come in but we did. They were super friendly and very kind on making a special salad for me. It was clean and the only thing they were out of was sprite in the soda machine."

"Under new management and ownership. Fun friendly staff always ready to go out of their way to make the customer happy. This Subway is staffed with intelligible faces from the community, local and hospitable. And if you ask me it's time to eat fresh and forget any bad experience from the old management I can't wait to come back and eat here very often"
