"It would be nice if all branches opened and closed at the same time."
"Great for small business banking and flexibility to do most of my affairs online or over the phone. Downside is the tellers (all have been rude so far) can’t answer any banking questions when it comes to small business and you have to wait to speak with a small business banker. If my reviews was based on the teller experience it would be a negative 5. Thankfully being able to take care of most things without them give the review a much higher score."
"I worked with Diana Hadden on closing out my deceased mother's account. Diana was awesome to work with. She made a difficult situation quite easy and was a real joy to work with. I've worked with numerous Banking Managers over the 10+ years that we've been working with PNC and Diana was by far the best! Thanks again for all your help, Diana!"
"Had to schedule my appointment few days ago, plus had to wait for about 20 minutes to be received, really? What's the purpose of scheduling the appointment then ? POOR SERVICE OVERALL!!!!! Gotta go to another branch or just to Chase."
"My wife started a new job a few months ago, during her orientation a representative of pnc named Shannon Mineer explained to my wife that if she opened an account with PNC and set up direct deposit and had 10 debit transactions in 30 days she would be given $200. My wife filled out all the paperwork Shannon said she needed to set everything up. Well a few weeks go by and my wife is still being given paper checks. She spoke with her HR rep. and was told she did not fill out any direct depost paperwork. Well my wife fills out the required paperwork. Now PNC is saying she is not elligible for the $200 because her direct deposit did not start within 60 days of her account opening. I feel this must be some kind of scam that PNC reps. use to get more people signed up for accounts which I assume they get some kind of commission from. I have spoken to a few others that have had the same experience as my wife. This is just one sign of many that corporations do not value their customers. Blatently lying and presenting false claims is not a way to run a business. We will be closing her account and never returning to PNC again."
