"The post office is great but the rural carrier for my road is a joke. I had a package come in and it should if been brought to my door instead she crammed it into my box. It took me 30 minutes to get it out and then I had to open my package and take out my items before I could remove the box from my mailbox. This was NEVER done with my previous man mail, Mr Roberts. Totally unacceptable!"

"In the time I lived in Eminence, I don't believe I've ever met a nice employee there. When I've had questions or an issue, there was absolutely no empathy, for instance John. He was not helpful, impatient and rude. And no, he didn't help me resolve my issue. Use another carrier,UPS, FedEx, just not the Eminence Post Office. I guess government employees aren't taught anything about customer service."
