"I absolutely hate going to this post office. The people are unbelievably rude. I went to pick up packages that got sent to my landlords P.O. Box. Never in my life have I heard of a post office that does NOT deliver mail. I asked how to get my packages delivered to the physical address instead of to my landlords P.O. Box. The gentleman working there told me they don’t deliver, you have to get a post office box to get mail. ALL of Warsaw has to have a P.O. Box? It’s absolutely ridiculous… STAY AWAY!!"

"Went in to get a package that’s marked delivered and in a parcel locker and the key wasn’t left in my box for me to get the package out of the locker. Absolutely ridiculous."

"My brother had his same mailbox for several years. He moved a woman in house 3 years ago and let her use his box. He recently passed away. The post master let her remove his name and change the lock on the box without the family knowledge. The woman isn't his executor or administrator over his estate. When I asked the post master how she could let this happen she told me anyone can do that. Then when I asked what they did with his mail she gave me a nasty look and in a even nastier tone she goes he doesn't get much mail anyway so don't worry about it."
