Simply pack and securely seal your package, create and print a label, affix it to your package, and drop it off at this location.
There are no additional fees for using this service, and packages will be held for up to 7 days before being returned to the nearest FedEx facility. International packages with a U.S. originated address are accepted as long as they have a completed printed label using your FedEx account number or credit card payment.
Please ensure that your packages are securely sealed, properly labeled, weigh less than 55 pounds, and are smaller than 48" x 25" x 25". All packages should be boxed, sealed, and labeled prior to dropping off at this location.
If you need assistance with packing supplies or help with shipping items, you can visit a nearby FedEx Office location or one of the select participating FedEx Authorized ShipCenter or Office Depot OfficeMax locations. FedEx OnSite at Dollar General does not provide any shipping or packing materials, so make sure your package is ready to ship when you drop it off.
