"This branch is discriminatory in when they follow jp Morgan policy for check cashing and when they imply a customer is a criminal , skip verification of the check and turn you away . After they imply your a theif and are rude to you they are surprised when you become rude back . I seriously hope someone in management reviews the security footage for today . Truly disappointing the treatment of people ."

"I moved my 401k to Chase. I wanted to move it to Federally insured CDs. They talked me out of it and we invested in stockmarket CDs. You can't do that today. I wanted to move it to the banking side into CDs, they can't do that. I talked to PNC and they can. I have been trying to trasfer my 401k to pPNC. I can't get them to do it at chase. I am going to get an account and a lawher. I will post how that turns out."
