"Corydon office was a joke. Wifi was down , the phones didn't work and only one person in the office. Received a text for an appointment time. Made the appointment and showed up at office and was told they were not making appointments that way. Scheduled another appointment time for a week later. Looked at return later and noticed that I didn't have worry free platinum added to my return as it has been for a number years. Received a message from Jen to call 800 number tried that and after an hour gave up trying to talk a person on the phone. Tried staying on the line plus tried the cue for call back. No luck."

"I will no longer have my taxes be done at Jackson Hewitt. I have friends and family that all agree with me. As well as other customers that saw the situation. We have found some place else. I'm really disappointed that it had to come down to this. I have never seen anyone mistreat my wife as bad as the worker there did. My wife has anxiaty issues and she has a very high risk pregnancy and can not get worked up. The women had yelled at her, over my wife not knowing a womens name who had set up an appointment. I don't care that the worker was out of work for 3 weeks. It was unprofessional, rude, and highly annoying. We field our taxes with Jackson Hewitt for the past 4 years. And I won't ever make that mistake again. Thank you."
