"The older guy who drives the brand new white Kia van company number 22 is a complete jerk. Not only does he drive 20 to 25 mph over the speed limit. He weeds in and out of traffic cutting people off. Do not use the transportation service especially this driver if you value your life."
"This is a horrible transportation company. The vans they send to pick you up are extremely old and unsafe. They don’t fix those vans or clean the inside of them and they smell bad. The Van that picked me up today had breaks that were screeching and the driver said they needed to be fixed but not to worry he’s been driving with them like that all day. Most of their drivers are foreign and talk on the phone while they are driving."
"Driver had a accident in Clarksville Indiana on 04/05/2023 ,while transporting me home from work . My medical scooter flipped over from not being secured ,causing me to have a black eye and severe neck pain. And to add insult to injury ,the driver didn't call the Tarc3 dispatcher ,that this company subcontracts for to inform them he had just struck something very hard with his vehicle and damaging their property ,all this driver was thinking about was getting the hell out of Clarksville Indiana . This driver knew I was hurt ;but , he dropped me off at my drop off destination and left without doing a police report ."
"Normally I would not post a review if it would be negative. Today I will make an exception. The van has a horrible smell. The driver is rude and unprofessional. He was parked on the wrong side of the street. In the mud. He complained because I asked him to turn his music down. He then became argumentative. I hope I MEVER ride with him again. If this company hires this type of person it must be of poor quality."
