"The move did not go quite as I hoped. We had some damage and we had some things that were missing. I was, as one could imagine, really angry and put a poor rating here. I struggled with putting down a poor rating because all of the movers, the sales person, and Rachel, who was the coordinator for the move are all exceptionally nice people, and really hard-working. Nonetheless, when I filed the claims, I felt that some of them had been unfairly denied. Dustin reached out to me and worked very hard to make things right. Moving is really difficult and sadly there is some damage that is going to result especially with interstate moves like ours. I am very grateful that these guys did the right thing. Based on the way they responded, the people that I dealt with, and the level of work that all of the people displayed, I would recommend Berger Allied. There are a lot of questionable agents out there in the moving industry (be VERY careful when hiring the moving crews through UHaul). The folks at Berger Allied have integrity-"
