"Although the furniture is beautiful, the company has a very bad not customer oriented service. The expensive couch we ordered appeared to be delivered in a different type of leather than we had ordered after an extensive chat with the salesman. We discussed exactly why we chose the special kind of leather, but after a delivery time of 8 weeks the couch was made and delivered in the wrong leather type. Copenhagen in Austin did NOT offer any kind of solution for this other then us having to pay extra and waiting another 6-8 weeks, which we did not do. We will never buy anything in this not customer oriented store, with the worst after sales service I have ever experienced. Even the manager did not respect our dissatisfaction and didn't handle it as his problem. SO, no you don't get value for the high priced furniture! VERY BAD and UNRELIABLE service."
