"These guys are awesome, from the delivery guys to the warehouse guys, I have interacted with a bunch. They have been great, GE, not too good currently as they have sent multiple dishwashers with crooked tapped legs. This is NOT MID or the delivery guys fault but a factory issue. Come on GE make it right!"

"This is the worst company I have ever delt with. They changed the delivery time without notice, refused to install the appliances, scratched my wood floors and cursed at my wife. To top it all off no one from the company cared at all. If anyone has contact information please let me know. Corey was the delivery driver. He is a terrible person and should not be allowed to work at all"

"Extremely rude and unprofessional employee - Cottrel Goodwin according to caller ID. He spoke down, was raising his voice and was angry about something he was incapable of explaining. He argued with me when I asked him to clarify then hung up on me while I was speaking to him. My company orders thousands of dollars worth of appliances from Home Depot every month. I got a text message with a forged signature after the call. I absolutely did not sign for the delivery. I had to send my male business partner to the property because I felt uncomfortable/unsafe going to meet this employee. Edit - a manager returned my call and said this employee is an independent contractor and they would speak with him about the interaction."

"Bad Set Up Experience We had a fridge delivered from Lowe's in NC 3 years ago and they took out and off all the tape, plastic, etc. AND even set up all the drawers and shelves before they left. NOT so with these guys. We had a fridge delivered we had bought from Home Depot. They deliver it and run. No removing and taking away the plastic, tape, etc. No setting up to make sure all the parts are there. I had planned on tipping each of the delivery people. Took the money out of my pocket and put it back in my purse."

"I know nothing about this company other than this truck was driving like mad man weaving in and out of traffic cutting people off on Saturday 2/17/18 11:23 am on Preston Hwy. I called and left messages but I guess they choose not to call back. Left message for Randy Smith (President) and no return call. Only reason i'm posting this is because these employees were dangering other people along with themselves. Would not want any of my stuff to be delivered by this company."
