"Update: We were very promptly contacted by the facility and worked with us to get a timely delivery. The TV was delivered even ahead of our new time window the following day. Thank you very much for the quick response and addressing our frustrations and concerns after hours. We were very impressed with their customer service and the gentlemen who delivered the item. My husband and I ordered a TV to be delivered to our new home (moving) tomorrow and scheduled our delivery nearly a month in advance. At 7:26pm, my husband received a TEXT message saying they need to reschedule the delivery (the day before it is to be delivered). When we called, no adequate answer could be provided and the soonest date that could be offered is not for nearly 2 more weeks. Completely ridiculous. Oh, and since we are moving to our new home, they will not change the delivery address....Horrible customer service and horrible services period."

"Horrible experience. When scheduled i was told that i would receive a delivery window the day before. This didn't happen. On scheduled date got message that it was out for delivery and that I would get a call 30 minutes from delivery. That also didn't happen. Item was not delivered! Three days later I received email and message to reschedule. I did this and received both email and text confirming the appointment. Again no notification. When I tried the tracker it said I need to schedule the delivery again! Update: Set up a third delivery attempt. This one went well. I was contacted the day before with a delivery window. I was also contacted 30 minutes in advance of the delivery. The delivery persons were cordial and efficient making the actual delivery a good experience."

"I was notified of the delivery day. The day before it was delivered I received a 4 hour timeline. The day of delivery they called me 30 minutes before their arrival. 3 very respectful gentleman arrived and setup my bike quickly. I would recommend them to anyone. It was a good experience and I’m a very happy customer."
