"The SEKO Louisville Office has fantastic customer service and excellent end point delivery. I reached out to their office to ask if they could expedite the delivery to my location which is about an hour away. They didn't have delivery scheduled to my area for another week, but when I explained the package was for a Superbowl party in the next few days they scheduled a special delivery for me. They didn't have to but they did anyway. Will do business with again."
"I order a product through Lowe’s and it has been rescheduled now for the 5th time. We called the local office and I left a vm to call back so they could confirm a delivery time etc bc that was the first excuse they gave us. If you see Seko as a carrier for a product you ordered or going to order don’t select them, save yourself the trouble."
"I purchased a washer and dryer from the exchange, never received a phone call to schedule a delivery. The scheduler was very rude when I reached out to schedule my own appointment. Today is my scheduled delivery date and my washer and dryer never arrived. I called to confirm the delivery and the only guy with access to Fort Knox is out today and the next time someone will "be in the area" is a week from today to deliver. But no one is able to confirm that at this time. Someone will give us a call back because the dispatcher isn't in yet. What do you think the chances are that someone is going to pick up the phone and call me? What a mess."
"ADDENDUM: After lodging complaint with Builders Surplus about delivery debacle I was contacted by a SEKO representative. Even though my 1-star rating of the May 2018 delivery experience stands, in all honesty I must give SEKO management 5-stars for their exemplary actions to rectify all issues. The SEKO representative stayed in constant contact until my hardscape damage was repaired. Was informed their employee(s) issue was addressed. I received a handwritten apology along with a "gift" that wasn't expected or required but was much appreciated. Of all the companies/individuals I've dealt with during house construction process, SEKO's responsiveness was outstanding. I retract my previous statement about not allowing future deliveries via SEKO based on fact management will immediately address & rectify delivery issues. Their successful efforts to remedy all issues are to be lauded. This level of customer service seems to be rare these days and SEKO shines in this category. ORIGINAL 1-STAR REVIEW: What a tawdry experience with SEKO! I paid over $1k (thru Builder's Surplus) for delivery of close to $79k worth of products. When truck pulled into my driveway on May 9, 2018 @ approximately 3:30, driver and his co-worker immediately began complaining that their shift ended at 4:30, they were supposed to have additional help, there was no way the entire load could off-loaded by 4:30, on and on and on. They left at 4:30 after off-loading about 1/3 of product. They returned following morning at 9. A 3rd co-worker followed behind in a separate vehicle to drop off a temp employee from Temp Works to help. That's when the craziness reached an epic level. About 2 hours into the process, the two SEKO employees got into a HUGE shouting match with the Temp Works employee. This raged on for about 15 or so minutes resulting in the Temp Works employee standing off to one side while the SEKO employees brought in remaining order. When job was completed, the SEKO employees got into the truck and drove off (at approximately 12:30) leaving behind the Temp Works employee standing in my driveway. SEKO & Temp Works left a problem on my doorstep! After a flurry of phone calls made by the Temp employee and me to SEKO and Temp Works, an Uber driver finally picked him up approx 2:45. I've recounted only the highlights of what transpired. The entire process was beyond the pale. To have been subjected to all the needless drama and lack of professionalism left me speechless. Not to mention some minor damage inflicted on walls throughout a new house still under construction and a damaged section of newly installed stone pillar flanking my patio which I will be contacting SEKO about as well as Builder's Surplus since they subcontracted SEKO. I hope my experience is not representative of SEKO's daily business model for their sake. Regardless, chances are I would never again allow delivery of my merchandise by them. Nor would I ever allow a Temp Works employee on my property. P.S. Below is photo of pillar capstone that was somehow broken loose during the delivery process which resulted in damage to the electrical wiring feeding the LED lighting units. We didn't notice this until after the SEKO employees departed. To say I'm furious is an understatement."
