"We brought our Australian Shepard mix in for a trim. We came in wanting a little more then a inch taken off but there was miscommunication and misunderstanding about the length of the hair. He also had a mat behind his ear that I asked to be removed. When we picked him up his hair was shorter then anticipated, uneven, extremely chopping, and had fur missing behind his ear that was down the skin. We understand there was a mat but there shouldn’t have been so much fur missing. When we got home we tried to contact them and voice our concerns respectfully. The owner texted us back being extremely combative, rude, and extremely unprofessional. When we asked for a refund the owner has refused. The last thing we wanted was to leave a review and wanted to communicate in a civil manner and we’ve been met with rudeness constantly. We 100% will not come back and would not recommend to anyone. This whole process has been stressful and aggravated."
