I am really pleased with Ivitts service and their phenomenal employees.Clay and Colson did excellent work as well. January 2024 , just made it through the weeklong freeze. This time had the pleasure of working with Donna , Jimmy & Dylan . I was so impressed with Jimmy's work ethic. They were inundated with calls during and after the storm. Jimmy assessed the problem and made sure my hot water was restored as quickly as possible. Dylan was on the job and resolved the issue within the hour. What amazes me the most is the " Individual , personalized " service. Old fashioned integrity laced with care. Kind of like the days of " Mayberry.""

"Called these guys because the sump pump in my basement went out during a rain storm. They came out right away, discovered that I needed a new pump, got the part, and fixed it all within about an hour and a half. Professional, skilled, and accurate on pricing. Cleaned up after themselves and even got rid of most of the water in my basement before they left. Will absolutely use again for any plumbing needs!"

"I’ll give credit where credit is due. The guy they sent out to give me an estimate was prompt and friendly, but that’s where the good ends. After he was done with the estimate, the company quoted me (in my opinion) a ridiculous price. I declined the offer. They guy then asked me to sign a paper agreeing to a 49 dollar service fee for him coming out. I was never told of any service fee for the estimate. I figured the office would leave me alone about it, but they promptly called me trying to collect the money. I told them that unless they had audio recording of me approving the charge, it wasn’t happening. Of course they did not. They put me on the do not service list and that’s fine. I won’t call this place again."
