"Zero stars if I could. Special shout out to Samantha for being rude with an encore from Tommy on the phone. Neither one could answer my questions, refused to help (Samantha shines in the refusal to help department) and elected to invalidate my drivers license when I asked for help (Samantha). My issue was the license was sent to the address not used as a mailing address and to use the one I got mail at. Samantha claimed that because I “didn’t have history” with that address was why it was sent to the wrong address. Even though the form states “mailing address if different”. The sweet nameless I spoke with before Tommy said that using my mailing address vs residential should not have been a problem. Tommy flopped around on the phone saying yes and no when questioned about the form. When asked why they don’t send out notices for renewal I was informed that the state saved money. I got attitude when I asked why they didn’t have online renewals and Tommy lied and said they for and got defensive when I pointed out he was incorrect and he grudgingly agreed. Highly miserable experience and thanks for invalidating my license because you wanted to go on a power trip, Samantha!"
