"We needed to grab a quick bite and stretch a moment after driving for hours on our road trip. The employees there were not friendly at all, and it was very clear they didn't want to be there. We ordered a Love Clutch, which took a bit to get . When we sat down to eat, I was ready for a handful of delicious, hot White Castle fries, but all I got was a handful of greasy, limp, cold strips of potatoes. I actually squeezed the handful of fries I had and watched the grease drip through my fingers. The only saving grace was the lady who helped me when I took them back to get replacement fries. She was pleasant about my returning them and had the young man make more. But by the time they were ready, the rest of my food was cold."
