"I used to love this UPS store but compared to the other ones I go to this location has really struggled lately. I just needed to print or make a copy of one page b/w. They charge a 1.75 fee plus .15 cents. Beware. I guess im just going to use Pirateship for my shipments now. I don't mind paying for great service and realize its franchised but almost 2 dollars for 1 page is too much greed for me."

"Update: Don't be swayed by the manager's responses to help rectify the shipping issues on these reviews. After reaching back out to this store for help in filing a claim, the manager informed me that we didn't pay to have the item packaged properly, only boxed, which is absurd because there is no way a rational human would only pay for a box with no padding for the item actually being shipped. To compound matters, he said, "We're not UPS," in response to validating the parameters of the shipping label before taking receipt of the package which caused eBay to issue a charge-back to my account. I am out over $60 in addition to total loss of the item I shipped with this store. Very frustrating and disappointing experience with this UPS Store. Original review: I sold an item on eBay and paid this UPS Store to pack and ship it. The item arrived to the buyer's home a few days later with the item completely busted out of the box and damaged to the point of not even being usable. I am now out the item, the refund, plus shipping and packing fees, while attempting to file a claim with UPS. Save yourself the hassle, time, and money -- pack your own stuff and ship it elsewhere."

"Went for an Amazon return, they said it would be $3.80, when in fact that charged me $4.79 for a bubble mailer that they did not put the item in. They just slapped a sticker on and threw it in a pile. Clearly charging for a product they do not intend to use. Dishonest at best."
