"This place is not a friendly place. They do not care about their customers at all. I have been there several times and they do not assist elderly with their packages when they seem they are struggling. The do not greet or help any of their customers"
"Let me start by saying I have never stepped foot in this store, but I had just completed an emergency trip to Louisville to discover that I had left something behind in my rental car. A call to the rental car company (Avis) got me very little help with a resolution to the problem. Once I thought I had a plan and reached out to this UPS Store for assistance, Anthony Karsner listened to my delima and the possible solution and suggested that I should let him handle the issue totally vs involving several parties to get my item back to me. I agreed and within days I received my item. I can't say enough about how he took on the issue and resolved it by himself when no one else even attempted to. This kind of service is long gone at too many businesses these days, I hate to say that as a former employee of Avis, this is something that would have been corrected vs to bad so sad. If you call Avis and go through the automation recording and select Lost and Found the transfer to an agent never gets completed."
"This store is about 50/50 on being busy. I needed some paperwork Notarized for a Memory Care facility for my father right away. Was told they can do it so off I went. The gentleman there that does it was a greast help and took care of the 10 copies that I needed done. Trying to find a notary is hard sometimes, but I will remmeber that they do it here."
"This UPS Store is my go-to place for Amazon returns and I have also used it for it's other services over the past 8 years. The staff has always been courteous and helpful, I have never had a negative experience! And today, I returned items for my daughter (who texted me the QR return codes from Amazon) and it was very confusing for me. Clayton (the manager) helped me sort it out and was very patient as I tried to figure out what items went with what order (there were 3). I often see Clayton at the store and he always provides good customer service, as do the other employees at this location. I would definitely recommend the Dixie UPS Store!"
