I have learned so much in just the short amount of time I have been here (priority mail vs first class shipping materials, shipping label weights, certified mail, package insurance, etc.). I wish more concepts about what services your local post office offers were taught in schools. It is very good knowledge that I feel everyone should know. Thank you!"

However today during my daughter’s appointment with the Passport liaison the gentleman was short with her and rude. Why? Why be like that at a job you’re paid to do?
