What I like most was they made me feel comfortable because they were attentive to my husband. They talked to him explained what they were doing to assist him. They did not treat him as tho he wasn't even there. They were professional at all times. Another company pulled up with loud music blasting. "Last Thursday, Able Care Transportation picked up my husband, who was not ambulatory at the time, & transported him from the Rehab facility to our home on a stretcher. CJ & James were professional, courteous, & focused on safety. While several other local transport companies could not accommodate our particular needs, Able Care had the equipment (& manpower) to bring my husband home safely. I appreciate the kindness & patience of Megan in the office who handled my request. After speaking with her I felt very assured of my choice. CJ & James were prompt for pickup & made sure my husband was comfortable before they left our home.
