"Every shipment received from xpo was completely demolished. Company failed to provide a resolution, timely communication and even denied a claim and lied about not receiving proper documentation or evidence. Rude employees who don’t hold themselves accountable."

"This is the worst company ever. I ordered a treadmill from Amazon on May 7th 2022. XPO is the 3rd party delivery since it is such a big item. They called me and scheduled a delivery date for May 21st. The day before they called to say they had to reschedule and the earliest date would be June 16th. So I get a phone call today saying that they now have to reschedule for July 7th. This is beyond upsetting because I have waited long enough for my treadmill to be delivered and they keep rescheduling but can't tell me why they have too reschedule. It is too the point that I just want my money back but I can't do that until it is delivered and I reject it to get my refund. Amazon needs to cut all ties with this company and never look back. I have called and tried to talk to a supervisor countless times and I am told no that they will write an urgent email about the situation but still nothing is getting done to get my delivery too me."

"Last year a sales rep came into my place of business wanting me to use their services. Sales rep was nice, personable so I decided to try them out. For a year they were good. Picked up when they said they would. Fast forward to now and I wait 3 days for them to come pick up something and they never showed up. This has happened several times. I would not recommend this company for reliable service"
