"Still having issues from the mess this company started."

"Review for Durbin Roofing, New Haven Kentucky. Poor workmanship. Took 5 plus days to do a 2 day job. Never showed up to work until afternoon, then worked in the dark sometimes until 11 PM. Sent a crew that had little to no experience with installing a metal roof. They were constantly on the phone with the owner (Stephen Durbin) asking how to do something. The owner finally came to finish the job. He pieced together and bent the trim on the front of my house. Looks terrible. I contacted him about the issues and he said I signed on the job, which I did because it was dark when he finished and I couldn’t inspect the work. He then accused me of messing it up. I contacted him in April about the issues and he finally said he would do the repairs. It is now the middle of September and still hasn’t been done. He keeps saying that he is too busy and short handed and also keeps saying that I signed off on the job. Job cleanup was terrible. I had to go around my house and pick up sharp pieces of metal and cleaned at least 100 screws out of my gutters. About half way through the job he ask if I could pay him the balance because he was short on money to buy materials for another job. I refused to do that. Overall it has been a bad experience and I would not recommend for anyone to use Durbin Roofing in New Haven Kentucky. There are bad reviews other than mine."
