"Louis remodeled my master bath, installed a new ceramic tile kitchen backsplash, built a pocket door between my master bedroom and bathroom, installed new light fixtures, replaced light fixtures, rebuilt my 3 rd floor balcony decking (I’ve tried to get this done for 4 years!!).and replaced bifold closet doors (previously replaced by less skilled contractor). He worked magic by blending in hardwood flooring from the master bath into a water damaged section in the master bedroom. Other contractors were skeptical that it could be done. One suggested I replace my entire hickory floor instead of repairing. Louie did it easily and it looks like the floor was never damaged! I am very happy with his work, and with his work ethic. Louie is one of those rare professionals who is not only skilled at many things, this almost eliminating the need to hire separate contractors for electrical work, carpentry, plumbing (although he knows when it is absolutely necessary and required by code) etc, and maintains close communication with his customers. His tiling skills are of the highest quality. Everything he does is done well. He also picked up materials out of town and returned extra materials. He has all the equipment necessary and if not, he is willing to invest in what he needs. He’s patient and willing to listen to customers’ ideas and offers sound advice. He kept the mess to a minimum and cleaned up such that I didn’t have to. All projects have their ups and downs. Louie handles things with calmness and optimism which went a long way to helping me get through the process. He has very high standards for himself. Highly recommend!
