You are transporting cancer patients and you put me on hold for over 40 minutes with random people coming on the line asking me what I need then saying "hold on" at least 6 times now. A lady just hopped on the line and said "don't hang up" and put me back on hold. It's literally a 30 second process and I've been on hold putting me behind at work for over 40 minutes. Awful, awful service."

"Let me get straight to It for those of you that care to read, I have been riding with my loved one to their medical appointments when our families were unable to transport us. At first we couldn't complain about the company and would've even recommended them given the opportunity but a matter of months and a different driver later we feel just the opposite. In fact next time we use the company and are sent the driver we have been given several times now we will be getting his name and asking the company for a different driver and If we are unsuccessful with that measure I will figure out how to contact the state on my loved ones behalf so they don't lose there medical transportation over this RECKLESS DRIVER! *HE RIDES THE CENTER LINE *ACCELERATES THROUGH YELLOW LIGHTS *HAS EITHER NEARLY REAR ENDED ANOTHER VEHICLE OR ALMOST BEEN IN A HEAD ON COLLISION {EVERY TRIP} * DOESN'T FOLLOW HIS GPS'S DIRECTIONS - TAKING THE LONGEST ROUTE TO OUR DESTINATION *FAILS TO WATCH THE ROAD BECAUSE HE'S ENTERING SOMETHING'S INTO HIS PHONE If at all possible please look elsewhere for your medical transportation. "This company should be ashamed of themselves! They have people waiting to be picked up anywhere from 3 hours to all day! I personally call them for clients to be picked up from appointments and have been told “I will be there in 15 minutes” and the person is left waiting for hours! Today on lunch I drove pass a driver leaving the adult book store down the road from my place of work. Leaving a client waiting 5 hours while you’re at an adult store in a company vehicle & on the clock is absolutely disrespectful and is stealing your companies time! I am outraged for anyone who chooses to use this service."
