"UPS lost my passport and this store did not even try to open an investigation to look into it and just told me to submit a claim for up to $100. Very stressful experience and I’m out hundreds of dollars to replace my lost passport and on top of that, I have to cancel a paid international trip. edited 6/25/23: I escalated this to UPS corporate the day after I found out passport was lost. and they took me seriously with my “limited information” and they did not hesitate to reach out to the UPS Lost and Found. It’s either my passport is inside the envelope or not, which the recipient confirmed that it is not but no measures were taken to locate it. edited 6/26/23: Just to let you know, my passport was found in the UPS lost and found section so it did slip out during transit, like what I told you the only possibility was."
