"Came in today toting many ups returns. Amazon had once again defaulted to something other than ups. I thought I was going to have to go home and call again and the young lady (who has helped me before and is always friendly and quick) helped me get it straightened out on my phone! I was able to get my business done. I’m sorry don’t know her name but she’s awesome. I always use your shop for sending things. Thank her for me again! She’ll know who was a “problem” today! Lol"

"Wednesday September 20th at approximately 6:20pm I came in to this ups store. Two employees running the store. A male and female. The female employee seemed to be the more competent and her customer service was fine. The male employee who attended to my shipments however, never smiled and acted like he was being tortured to be there. It was like I was causing him a big inconvenience by using the store to drop off my packages. He wasn’t forwardly disrespectful or anything, just had a tone in his voice, a body language, and attitude of a person who doesn’t want to deal with customers. He did get through my order, and I appreciate it, but he was unwelcoming and made me uncomfortable that he didn’t seem to want to engage with me like it was wasting his time. Not the worst rudeness I’ve experienced by any means but his customer service skills are lacking. He doesn’t have a great attitude. I don’t think I’ll be using the ups store again."
