"Attitude attitude attitude. Walk in happy and in a good mood. Walk out rubbed the wrong way. Do a free return with a ups label . Rude Girl with dark hair and nose ring gets completely vile with me saying she needs to charge me for THEIR LABEL. Every other ups in town does not charge. Dont worry searched on the reviews after the fact and saw this a reoccurring issue at this particular store. Privately owned or not you should not be so petty you charge for paper for a label from ups on a free return. Don't even try to reply to me on some out of pocket stuff just take a hint and fix your practices. If they dont change i recommend taking your business elsewhere if you don't like pointless antics like this! Peace"

"Why go anywhere else for your shipping or printing needs? Customer service is something I value and the representative Adam I worked with was very courteous, patient and paid close attention to detail. He addressed all my needs while maintaining a positive attitude despite my difficulty with comprehension. He broke things down and checked for understanding before moving the conversation forward. I’m forever grateful to him and will always do my business at this location. They are the absolute best!"
