"Mason Medical Transport refused to refund my prepaid fee despite notice to put my transport on hold over a week prior to the transport. They were entitled to the $60.00 cancelation fee ( I was charged for a second transport cancelation) but not the entire fee. If there is no cancelation as the owner says, then they should return that $60.00 to my visa card account. I do not recommend this service. In addition, as i said, I put the transport on HOLD so as I would not be picked up for any transport at this time."
"They were polite, caring and genuinely concerned about me. I asked them to go easy because I was only on my 2nd day of being out of surgery. He slowed way down when going over bumps so my leg wouldn't bounce around. He even helped me in the apt and his wife helped my elderly mother who was waiting on me outside. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing this type of service. Ty folks!"
