"I was not a very big fan because I'm not sure if they are a medical taxi company or not plus I have no Idea how a taxi system works, but if it a medical taxi company I'm sorry, but when I called and asked for a taxi I was told that it was a medical taxi (I think ?) and I was denied a taxi but I'm not for certain if it was or not because I could barely understand the guy on the phone since my hearing is bad, and after that he hung up on me, and I didn't bother to call back, but if so in my recommendations to the company don't hang up on a person who has bad hearing, and slowly tell them what kind of taxi service you are just so they can understand."
