"I had my eye exam on April 24th. The Optometrist was excellent and explained all aspects of the exam in terms I could understand. Then when I picked out the frames I liked the young man was very helpful assisting me with the selection. I was told I would have my frames in 7-10 days. I never heard anything from them so I called them on day 14, the receptionist was rude when I called and asked to speak with the guy who placed my order. After an extended length of time being placed on hold I hung up and made a second call asking to speak with the guy who placed my order again the receptionist being more rude than the first call I made did put me on hold and the guy that placed my order did answer. I inquired about my glasses he explained that when the place that made my lenses and placed them in the frame had broken them and again was told it my glasses would be in 4 days. It has now been 3 weeks and 4 days since my order was placed and still no glasses. At this point I am very frustrated with the front end of this business and would recommend the eye exam and then go to another business to order your glasses."
