"While in office tends to take a while. I once waited hours for a new baby appointment that was supposed to be at 10am and I was there 5 hours after my appointment time. I was lucky I didn't have my toddler with me. I was at my appointment 30 minutes early signed in and waited. And waited. And waited. They put everyone who showed up folders on top of mine. They need a better system then what they have in office. I was ready to leave that day but needed the starting benefits. I will say since they have gone to only phone appointments, it is a much better option. I think they should keep doing this even after Covid is over. It is faster and they don't have to deal with all the kids and noise and complaints. I will say I don't have an appointment until April but I lose half benefits next month. I have been waiting for a call from them for 2 days. I will be calling again tomorrow to get it fixed hopefully."

"The black girl who works in the window of the office that receives visitors and is very provocative and does not smile with people and speak nervously. There must be someone else who in turn does it for this job."

"They have redecorated their WIC office and it looks so much nicer and so much more comfortable. They have leather comfy black couches and love seats and very comfy black leather benches. Instead of those terribly uncomfortable plastic chairs. But i cant say that their attitudes have improved with the improved look of the place. Their still very snappy and rude as they ever were. But atleast your in comfort now while dealing with the rude behaviour lol"
