"Liars, crooks, and thieves. I went in to get an exam and two pair of glasses. Before I order two pair of glasses, I asked if I would get a second pair half off. They, of course, explain to me that certain ways it would be in certain ways it would not, but assured me that if I bought one pair of glasses, then the less expensive pair would be half off. I go in for a third time to place the order for my sunglasses because the first pair I ordered have been discontinued. I asked them again before ordering another pair of sunglasses if they are buy one get 1/2 off, and the store tells me that they are going to be 30% off. I explain that’s not what I have been told on my other visits, but I ordered the glasses anyway. A couple weeks later I go to pick up my glasses, that should be 50% off, only to find out that I was lied to every visit, and I will be expected to pay the full $660 for my glasses that I only agree to purchase based on the discounted price. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of lovely girls who work here, that I was lied to repeatedly by the woman in the back corner with white hair. On top of that, during the same transaction, I stop by to pick up my new $600 Oakley’s. The woman in the back hand them to me and says them on the desk in front of me, pretending not to notice, they are horribly twisted. I specifically asked to have new frames, and this woman took the frames off the shelf that have been dropped in abused as a display in the store, ignored my request to use new frames only, and then expected me to be happy with this. I put the glasses on my face, and once I was literally 1 inch higher than the other side. This woman actually looked at me and pretended like she could not see the glasses sitting diagonally across my face. And of course, she was being rude to me because I pointed out the incredibly obvious damage merchandise that they expected me to take. I can’t think of any time in my 36 years on this planet where I have been so blatantly lied to by any type of medical staff at any type of establishment."

"The exam and everything went well, my daughter wanted contacts and I said I will be getting the Walmart contacts they are cheaper, he told me that they could still do the exam and I could take it to Walmart, and that wasn't the case. I am now out of $85 dollars or so, now I have to go have another exam done to get the script needed from Walmart to purchase their contacts which sucks. I will no longer be using this place at all."

"Without a doubt the best place to go for your eye care. The exam is very thorough and any questions are answered. Great office staff. You can't beat Trish for customer service. If you need eye care ,see Dr McClanahan. You won't be disappointed"

"Literally never leave reviews, and it’s hard to leave a 3 because I love the optometrist we see. He’s patient and great with kids. The office staff however seem to make every single visit chaotic, which each time so far could have been prevented by checking something on their computer. I was close to just cancelling future appointments, but again decided to stay because the quality of the optometrist Is more important."

"Great doctor but horrible staff we call to have a appointment a month before say we need our yearly checkup sometime in June well they make it Martha her name when we got there and check in they told we would have to paid for it cause it two more days before the insurance will pay can we come back Thursday knowing we live 45 miles and gas not cheap. Let me tell this it there job to check before making appointment they always have in past. I know I going to report her when I see the doctor for sure not fun to makes trips."
