"I am a single mom of two boys and have a hard time with appointments. My 3 year old was seen here for his fillings, but then had an appointment today for the other 3 fillings. I was put under anesthesia yesterday for surgery and was not able to call and cancel, and they kicked him and his sibling out for no call no show. Now unfortunately I have to find another dentist to get my 3yr old comfortable with. When hardly anyone is taking on new patients. They should be more understanding and helpful when discharging patients."
