"They rescheduled my husband's heart echo 3 times and when I called to inform them he'd be 10 minutes late for the most recent appointment, they went ahead and marked him as a no-show despite telling us we had a 15 minute grace period. We arrived at 2:13. I would like to add that this is the 2nd wasted hour-long trip we've made to this office, because the first time we came up here was when we were informed of a reschedule."

"I find something seriously wrong when a doctors office can't pick up a phone and verbally make a referral for a patient to see a specialist because their computer systems are down. When someone's health is at risk you should be going above and beyond with trying to assist them with their referrals. Instead you sorry try back in a few days."

"the most unorganized place ever. first, they gave my MyHealth information connected to my mom's email, so I couldn't access my own records. then my appointment for 8/19 was canceled on 8/3. no big deal, I called to ask why & rescheduled on 8/4 for 8/12. the next day I get a call saying I need to reschedule my appointment - even though I already did the day prior. they said they have me down, no issues. THEN, I got a letter (8/11) saying my original appointment (8/19) was rescheduled for 9/6, even though I had already rescheduled a week ago for 8/12. so I had two appointments for the same reason scheduled. I even received a text confirming my 8/12 appointment & responded yes. there's no reason for a medical provider to be this unorganized with records."

"Because of an insurance change I had to switch providers. I chose this office because it is the closest to my home that is in my preferred network. Over the last 3 months I have established myself and my 2 children as a new patient. The front desk was friendly and the providers were nice, the wait times were not bad and everything seemed really clean with up to date equipment. As far as everything else, I wouldn't recommend this office. I recieved a 300 dollar bill after a well child check because of an error in the office. They didn't bill the proper member number and I was supposed to pay 0. I had to call a number outside of the office to correct the error and the rep on the phone was rude as hell at first, but eventually fixed the issue. In regards to my appointment, I had a full physical including bloodwork and my pharmacy called me and told me that I had 2 prescriptions called in, nobody from the office called to explain the prescriptions or the lab results. 2 1/2weeks later I have a letter telling me to call then to review my lab results because they have been unable to reach me. They made zero attempts to reach me. As a matter of fact I called the office 3 times regarding my labs and another issue and got transferred to a phone that rang continuously with no ability to leave a message. I finally called and asked the person on the other end of the phone to please have my providers assistant call me and instead she sent me a text through their patient portal. They have all the potential to be a great office, but they have a few cracks in the foundation and have a ton of room for improvement."
