"I have to say this facility is not accommodating sick children. Since Baptist Medical Group took over it's going down! They have in the lobby a sign that says “We hear you, We see you, We are here to help”! Baptist Medical Group should evaluate if they are even helping someone or just cashing checks. My son was very sick we made an appointment. We were staying in traffic for over an hour we called and told them we would be there. Finally, we made it 20 minutes late but we made it and they turned us away with a sick child. We had to fight another hour of traffic to find an urgent care and it was closed. It took us another hour to find another place which turned him away because he was too young. Finally, after three hours, we found a doctor who could see him. This is not a place you send your family. I have seen better care anywhere around the world. Even in so called third world countries!! It's so disappointing this place has become that way!"

"Wonderful experience. The staff was so nice and welcoming. From scheduling my appointment to checking out. I saw Bethany Parks as a new patient. She had the friendliest demeanor from jump. She was thorough and showed she really cared about my concerns. She offered solid at home ways to maintain and also referred me to specialists to ensure analysis and potential further treatment. The phlebotomist who drew my blood was very friendly and made that an ease as well. The MA who worked me up was also very kind and efficient. I am so glad that I decided to choose this office for my care. Will continue recommending. Also; a very welcoming medical office for the LGBTQIA+ community. There are signs acknowledging pronouns and acceptance throughout the whole office. Couldn’t have asked for better."
