"I have been trying to get ahold of someone here for over a week now to get something scheduled, and I can’t get anyone to call me back, I can’t get anybody on the phone.. What do I have to do to get someone to call me back or to talk to someone here???"

"The last few times I have gone here I have always decided to get sedation done. Those last few times were great because I wasn’t aware of any pain and it would just be sore for a few hours after procedure. I’d always get friendly service, and a nice hot blanket, and I’d feel extremely comfortable.However when I went today I informed everyone several times I hadn’t eaten anything since 8:30 the previous night and I planned to get sedation. I usually don’t get that done until I enter the procedure room. This time that didn’t happen before I knew what was happening they were inserting the needles for both si joints, and I was in complete agony! I couldn’t even get the words why haven’t I been sedated out of my mouth from gritting my teeth so hard. I was almost screaming from the amount of pain I was feeling and they were just telling me you’re doing great relax your shoulders and breathe. By the end of it I was crying so hard, and had snot running out of my nose. I’m a generally shy person who hates confrontation, so I didn’t say anything, but I was very angry because they had asked several times if I was getting sedated and each time I said yes. I basically went through that whole time in complete agony and pain. They were nice and friendly the whole time I was there, and I don’t know how it came down to not being listened to, and me being in the extreme amount of pain I was in, but whatever it was definitely needs to be addressed and fixed. I am unable to contact them because the page to contact isn’t giving right information, and when I tried calling them back after they called to check on me they never answered or called back."

"I'd rather come here for injections cause they make sure you feel nothing!!!!!! My pain management I felt everything!!!! My anxiety was awful! They didn't care. Nurse said I wouldn't remember nothing! WRONG!! I REMEMBERED EVERYTHING!!!!! :( How can I get my pain management to send me back here?? Help please! I have Anxiety BADDDDDD! :("

"The people here, from check in to discharge, are all kind, emphatheic, funny and most important, highly skilled in their chosen career paths. I'm have left and as I was sedated a bit, I'm fuzzy on the names. The nurse that started my IV was awesome. Only stuck me once! Janna was one name I remember, I guess because I verified. She a nurse annestethist (sp). She explained every med, the expectation of effects and after effects. She was true to her word, my procedure went awesome. Dannette (?) was there post procedure. She was kind as I came to concious realization I was rambling on and on. She too was professional and nice. Dr Sutton is my excellent physician. Leaving the center, I feel like dancing. Yesterday, I stayed in bed all day miserable. What a difference a day makes. I'm not worried about tomorrow. Thank you"

"Yeah the registration process is a long wait, but they are extremely busy! Once you go through the doors the time goes fast from blood pressure to leaving. The nurses and the anesthesiologist are very caring,calm fears, and answer questions about anything. You are not just another injection to them. They also call to see how you are doing usually the next day to see your pain level and answer more questions you might have about how to ease your discomfort!!!! I absolutely love this place and wish I could give them a thousand stars!"
