"I called on a Friday to talk to Dr. Hale’s nurse, who was at lunch. Someone else took my call and could tell I was sick. She offered to give the nurse a message to call me. The call was returned very soon, and when the nurse got my symptoms, she talked to Dr. Hale. He thought I should come in right away, and they have lots of patients! I went straight to the lab, where they were very kind and professional, and we were all wearing masks. Then, one of Dr. Hale’s nurses took me to a private examining room. She efficiently gathered data from me and entered it in the computer. As soon as he had the lab results, my doctor came in and told me I tested positive for Covid, and he answered questions and gave directions. I checked out with my doctor’s receptionist, who is as nice and efficient as everyone else I saw."
