"Doesn’t even deserve stars. Very unprofessional staff. Even going as far as to tell me my treating physician was gay. There was no reason to do that. I was put in infectious disease and they wore full protective covering to come into my room. Only to find out the lab tests were done wrong. Terrible hospital. Terrible bedside manner. Not a good place to go if you want quality care."
"Last week, I had an MRI done. Because of old lady conditions, this was quite an ordeal. The thing that made it a five star event, is the staff. Elsie Stricklin was very professional and kind. She worked hard to get me on the table. When she found that she was going to need help, she called on Larry Finch. Without Larry, the test would never have been made. He was reassuring when I thought that I was going to fall off the table. Both Elsie and Larry really worked to keep me safe and able to proceed with the test. I would give them ten stars if you had that many."
"Staff was pleasant but the maternity ward needs updating. At first look the building looks like a prison from the outside. Our family went to visit on the maternity floor and the front entrance was locked 1.5 hrs prior to the time the sign in front of the door said they would be. So we had to walk around the building to enter the ER, in the rain, with gifts that were soaked by the time we got around to the ER entrance."
"I can’t thank this staff enough for taking care of me and my two little ones! Chelsea on the L&D floor was amazing and on top of things related to mine and baby girls care. I would want her to take care of me and any loved one in the family hands down. She treated us like family and I can’t thank her enough for that. From one nurse to another, your empathy and prioritization ability during my stay was nothing short of outstanding."
"Everything great except the baby delivery nurses. Had one smug one that gave my baby a pacifier before she would fully attach to breastfeeding and I never could after that for sure cause she really refused to after that nurse did that and all because she kept waking up crying for milk. Get over it! She need to attach 1st! I kept waking up and trying to feed her, sleep deprived and all. It was only the first night after being born! I'll never get that back and couldn't believe that nurse attacked my family in this way. Will never recommend having a child here do to the nurses. Still having ptsd from this experience. Horrible and disgusting."
