"I don’t recommend this place can’t handle the children there so they kick them out and said they would give me one refill besides what they sent home till his next appt and didn’t do it I’ve been begging for 2 weeks to get them filled n now he is out of 2 of them and depression is threw the roof he doesn’t see the dr till next week they need to get it together also they didn’t give him his meds like they should have either they don’t even deserve 1 star and I have been asking for discharge papers that I was never given"

"They forgot to give me my medications for over a week and we had to raise our hand to talk why?"

"Do not send your child there they physically and verbally miss treat your children. The staff doesn’t care they are bitter and ugly and nasty. and they don’t care they there for a paycheck. Should be shut down. I officially believe everything my son tells me about these facilities that he goes to."

"I stayed here as a child for 11 months roughly 8 years ago. I was verbally and physically abused and and was wrongfully restrained over things i said when i was no threat to myself or others at the time. the restraining is painful enough that i can compare it to tearing your shoulder disks. they pull your arms behind your back and force your back into a forward leaning position, and while it is incredibly painful it does limit movement enough for the kids who are truely a harm to themselves or another. i would quite literally never wish anyone to be sent here for any reason. if someone from Spectrum care is reading this, my file should be under (removed) if you still even have it. (I removed my name for privacy reasons."

"It's awful they make it seem great but the staff mistreats the children and the kids are too scared to say anything in fear of getting in trouble and having privileges revoked. The first two weeks you can't see or speak to your child. We Sent my 9y/o son there, during his first home pass he complained of his shoulders hurting the entire time and said they hurt his shoulders when they restrain him. I spoke with the director and the staff just covers for each other. He also told us that the femal teacher there yanked him up out of his chair by his shirt. He also said the staff laughed at him when he mentioned they hurt his shoulders to his grandmother over the phone. Also His hands were dried out and raw where they made him was his hands so much. As we were packing his stuff to leave the hotel to take him back he dropped his box of legos and a look of total terror came over his face and he started apologizing Over and over. Upon arriving at the facility to drop him off he kept whispering that they were mean to him. When I asked him how they were mean the staff member that was checking him back in looked at him then my son dropped his head and said he didn't want to talk about it. I've called CPS and everyone I know and am currently trying to get him out of that place. Something isn't right about that place and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! PLEASE DONT TAKE YOUR CHILDREN THERE MY SON ACTED SO SCARED AND TIMID AFTER JUST BEING THERE 3 WEEKS."
