"My husband has been seeing a therapist for almost 1 year. He has yet to be referred to the psychiatrist although he was told he would be referred after a few visits. He has yet to receive a diagnosis of any sort.. not even an idea of what may be going on with him. He has been switched therapists 3 times in less than a year. So once he gets comfortable they change it up. As I sit here waiting for him to finish his appointment the receptionists are having an extremely inappropriate conversation. "Does eating a banana make you uncomfortable..." seriously?... This place is a joke. Total rip off. My suggestion, just don't. Find somewhere else. This will be his last appointment we will not waste our time with this poor excuse of a mental health provider any longer."

"This place is really a JOKE. anytime I call my Therapist I never get a call back, so I rather email her, but no I email contact her by email. My first Therapist was great she helped a lot, but she moved to Henderson, now my new therapist doesn't want to see me, she suggest switching therapists which is something I really don't want to do, because I don't want to start over with a new person. my psychiatrist he is a joke he can't figure out what meds to put me on to control my depression, he has tried 8 different ones, I called his office to tell him, I am not doing well and suggest going to CSU, I called so I can stay out of csu"
