"They can never get you in on the same day or even the next one. What’s the point of having a PCP if you have to wait a week for an appointment? Also, when I did schedule an appointment, they told me one time over the phone, but apparently put it in the system as a different time, causing me to have to reschedule. It’s ridiculous."

"I have gotten nothing but top-flight care here since Dr. Harrel became my primary caredoc. He's easy to talk to, always ready to answer questions, and gives me a great deal of confidence. The office staff is also very kind and helpful. I hate having to go to the doctor, but if I must I couldn't be happier to be going here. In an era of increasingly robotic health care, it's great to find a practice staffed by caring humans."

"My GP is no longer practicing/retired and they have refused to make space for his patients. Receptionist was unhelpful on the phone and offered NO assistance in recommending other practices or physicians. In fact, she said nothing at all after stating that they do not “have room” for my doctor’s patients, leading me to believe she potentially hung up on me. After 30+ seconds of silence, I disconnected my call. In a field that cares for people, why would I 1) not be notified that my doctor had in fact discontinued practice and 2) given reasonable options on who else within Baptist medical associates I could see. Not fair to me or his other patients, and not fair to the name BMA has undoubtedly striven to make for itself. I guess I will be looking at other groups for a new GP."
