"None of the classes I needed were offered when I needed them. Ivy Tech dragged me alomg for years and then only gave me a certificate when I was told the whole time I was getting a TC. Literally no one cared about me ACTUALLY finding a job, they just kept telling me "oh, I'm sure you will do great" so they could be involved without actually doing anything. The only people that ACTUALLY helped were my advisor, and the express enrollment/financial aid people. Everyone else is absolutely terrible at what they do and have no business working there. All the curriculums were at least five years old and no one even remotely cared enough to update them. Unless you're doing something that already has a ton of people in it, like nursing, DO NOT GO HERE. You will spend more time and money than you thought you would, on an education that does nothing for you. Ivy Tech ruined any chance of me having higher paying jobs. I don't even list my Ivy Tech education on my resume anymore because it's less of a hassle to just say I didn't go to college. I had to move to an area that had a higher minimum wage just so I could make a more livable wage. Thanks for nothing but wasted time, Ivy Tech. Attending there only made things worse for me."
