"This urgent care is a literal joke. The past two times I have tried getting seen they have turned us away because not you have to have an appointment which is odd because it says walk-ins. Wish we had better options"

"Don’t bother making an appointment. I had a scheduled appointment for 11:20, and still was called on as the walk in patients waiting for an over an hour to be seen. In total it took me 2 hours to be waited on, treated, and sent home. While RN Kim Hall laughed at my son while he cried when being examined. Needless to say, skip the urgent care and go to the ER."

"Totally useless visit and as Dr Phil would say "that is 5 minutes of my life I won't get back." Although it was more like an hour. The receptionist, the intake nurse and the lab tech were very Pleasant and concerned, but THE NP didn't impress me much. Now I have been seen by some pretty good NP's there in the past, but I left wondering why I had even gone there since they don't do labs there and was told that I would have to follow up with my primary doctor (who was unavailable which is why I went to the Convenient Care to begin with). NEVER AGAIN will I go there to be seen by a useless provider. I certainly would have given everybody but the NP 5 Stars. The NP gets 0 stars."
