"******BEWARE*******RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE AND ANGIE AT THE FRONT DESK! SHE HATES HER LIFE AND IS A RUDE OLD BITTY. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN HERE! DO NOT DO IT! They gave my oldest expired shot medicines for months before realizing it, they all are so unpleasant st the front desk, they don't even acknowledge you or look up. They seem like they totally hate their lives. I just had to get a Dr Auth on a medicine the Dr at paris ped PRESCRIBED to my child. They are terrible. Everyone who works there is miserable and need new jobs. It really shows when you walk up to a long face at the front desk, Ive never seen so many people in one office so unhappy with their lives. Terrible customer service. This place needs to be shut down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"I will never be back to this place. We have been coming here since my son was born. He is only one. We went in because he was sick so of course he was going to fuss. He was getting weighed but wanted momma because he is sick. The nurse ( I didn't get a name) got in his face almost nose to nose, raised her voice, and said your going to fall lay down. She yanked his legs so hard he plopped down and she left scratch marks on his leg from her long fingernails. She was way rough and mean to my one year old when swabbing his throat also. She was way too rough and too mean to be working at a pediatric place. I left a photo of the scratch marks that were right before we left. I found out her name is Sonia and a report will be made."

"Zero stars!!! I don’t get why EVERY TIME I call I can never get an appointment, information for my child and I am ALWAYS put on hold. You can NOT get an appointment unless it’s the same day. They don’t care about ANT child there. We need more doctors that care about children in Paris, Tn."

"This office is the worst. Do not take your children here. They do not take appointments AT ALL for sick children. They also don't do walk ins-so your only option is to call into work and call right as they open and take whatever appt they have that day, even if you blew a whole day to wait on it. How is that helpful for parents who actually work? All that matters to them is THEIR convenience, not yours. Next, reception is a joke. My child went there for years, and they never could pronounce her name correctly. That shows a lack of care and comprehension considering it's a 5 letter name. Reception is also rude-they act annoyed that you dared to call their office. The doctors (IF you actually get to see one) have awful bedside manner. They don't act like they want to be there, and they don't half know what they are doing. They do everything they can to get out of the room with you. I gave them 2 years of my business, and I will never go back. Take better care of your child and take them somewhere else."

"We love this place. The Drs. and staff have given good care to our four children ever since we moved to Tennessee 8 years ago. They use good common sense and medical wisdom when dealing with the different ailments that come into the lives of children. Their help and recommendations have got us out of more than a few scrapes."
