"I do not recommend Mr Hessing. He is the most insensitive, inconsiderate agent I have ever had. After a death in our family I contacted him to make some changes to our policy and the conversation we had was probably the most unprofessional communication I have ever had with an insurance “ professional“. I was so distraught after speaking with him my husband called a friend who was also an insurance agent and was informed Mr Hessing had just gotten caught cheating on his wife the day before and was probably not thinking clearly. That itself was enough to make me get a new agent but the way I was treated by him makes me want to tell the world to go somewhere else. People make mistakes, I’m sure adultry is hard, but my father dying and my insurance policy had nothing to do with him destroying his family he just decided to take it out on me that day. I hope him and his (secretary) new wife are happy but remember when he cheats on her it might be the day you and your family need him to be your insurance agent. Good luck if you use him and I hope he’s available to be your agent when you need him. I will also say he was not with this company when I used him so this isn’t a reflection of their coverage just who they decided to hire to represent them. I don’t need a pathetic response from you Mr Hessing. You know what I have said is true and there’s a whole town of people you ran away from that will back it up."
