"John is amazing! He does a fabulous job relieving my chronic neck pain and overall releasing tension. He is 1 of 2 therapists I specifically requested are vaccinated from Covid as I’m caregiver to my elder high risk Mom. The 4 vs 5 star is due to pandemic caution. The LHAA has good pandemic safe protocols in place. However there were 2 people wearing masks *under* their noses (a client and his spouse in the waiting room.) Obviously LHAA are not the pandemic police but be aware that the general public does not always follow caution for the sake of others. I’ve had massages in different places in America as well as abroad and LHAA Grads do as equally a fabulous job here as other places at a fraction of the cost! Highly recommend it."

"I have been attending 1-2 classes here per week since January. The studio is clean and has all of the mats and props you would need, but you can also bring your own. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable about yoga and can help you modify poses to work around injuries. More classes have been added recently which I can't wait to try. Since I started practicing here, I have noticed reduced stress and improved my flexibility and posture."
